Sincere Apologies

It has its meaning due to the Japanese legend of an emperor gifting these flowers as a sincere expression of remorse and regret to someone he loved for his neglect/mistreatment. I love the meaning of this flower because it recognizes that a true apology does not seek forgiveness or any selfish motives at all; it is solely to take responsibility with the whole heart. Flowers are normally only seen for their beauty, but there is so much to learn from them! Imagine if we all took this flower’s meaning to heart.
